Refund policy

Because digital codes are delivered instantly and cannot be returned to inventory once revealed, all sales are generally final. We do offer refunds in the cases below.
Eligible for a refund
- The code was never delivered within 24 hours of payment.
- The code is invalid, already redeemed, or region-locked outside of what was advertised.
- Duplicate order placed within 1 hour where only one was intended.
Not eligible
- The code has already been successfully redeemed on your account.
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Compatibility issues with hardware you did not verify before purchase.
How to request
Email refunds@gifzu.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
